An Ongoing Visual Record from Bogotá and the Colombian Andes
Colombia is where I live and work.
For more than a decade, the majority of my portfolio has been produced here, with a primary focus on Bogotá, Cundinamarca, and Boyacá. The work centres on the Andean region and reflects sustained, long-term observation rather than short visits.
This is urban life at altitude. Expanding neighbourhoods. Public spaces. Civic events. Architecture old and new. Religious tradition, political expression, everyday commerce, and routine moments that define a capital city in transition.
Much of my editorial work is available through iStock and Getty Images as part of my exclusive portfolio. Colombia represents the largest portion of my current archive and the strongest area of ongoing development.
Photographing here requires intention and preparation. Locations are chosen carefully. Work is planned, not improvised. The result is imagery grounded in context and continuity.
This is not an attempt to portray the entire country. It is a focused visual record of the region I know best and continue to document.
The collections below present selected areas and themes within that body of work.
