Bogota, Colombia - Plaza Bolivar on a Rainy Evening, During the Blue Hour

Looking from Plaza Bolivar, in the Andean Capital city of Bogota, in Colombia, South America, to the Eastern side of the Square. In full view is the front of the Catedral Primada, the seat of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Colombia. To its left is the Casa del Florero and more obviously, a section of the Palacio de Justicia. In the far background in the haze of the overcast, cloudy sky, is the always present Andes Mountains. It has been raining; lights are reflected on the stone that covers the plaza. A couple of policemen are seen in the foreground. The elevation is about 8500 feet above mean sea level. Photo shot in the late evening light, in the Blue Hour; horizontal format.
